NOTICE: Pilot Airport Hotel is now an Express Hotel!
From August 24, 2026, the reception at Pilot Airport Hotel will operate on a self-service basis. The aim of this change is to make your stay even smoother and more convenient.
What does this mean in practice?
- Book your stay online in advance. You can pay during the booking process or on your mobile device when checking in.
- Check in in advance via the link sent to your email or at the hotel’s self-service kiosk upon arrival.
- Arrive at a time that suits you from 2:00 PM onwards and easily collect your room key from the self-service kiosk.
- Our restaurant will continue to serve guests as usual during breakfast and dinner.
- Our customer service team is available by phone throughout your stay whenever you need assistance.
- Airport transfers and parking services will continue to be available as before.
This change applies only to Pilot. Our sister hotel, Skyline Airport Hotel, will continue to operate as usual.
