How to check in at the hotel
- On the day of your arrival, at approximately 2:00 pm, we will send you an SMS and an email containing a link to complete your online check-in. You will also receive the door code for the hotel’s main entrance.
- After checking your reservation details, please sign the registration form on your smartphone.
- If you need airport transportation from the hotel, you can book your transfer through the system. You can also enter your vehicle registration number in advance if you are parking at the hotel.
- Pay for your reservation securely by payment card. (No payment is required if your room has already been paid for or if your stay will be invoiced to your employer.)
- Once you have completed the check-in process, you will receive a 6-digit code. Use this code to collect your room key from the key pick-up point in the hotel lobby.
